Overview The Content Administrator plays a key role in supporting the organisation's content ecosystem by ensuring content is published accurately, efficiently, and in line with established standards. This role focuses on the day‑to‑day management of content workflows, maintaining content quality, and supporting the wider content team in delivering high‑quality digital experiences.
Responsibilities
Content Publishing & Workflow Support – manage day‑to‑day publishing across digital platforms, follow established workflows for creation, review, approval and publication, and coordinate with content creators, editors and stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance.
Content Management Systems (CMS) Administration – administer the CMS (Contentstack), including uploading, updating and archiving content, maintaining structure, metadata and tagging, and supporting integration with other platforms such as DAM, CCMS and CDP.
Quality Assurance & Compliance – perform quality checks before and after publication to ensure accuracy, consistency, adherence to brand, accessibility (WCAG) and regulatory standards, and resolve content issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
Digital Asset Management – upload, tag and organise visual and multimedia assets in the DAM system, ensuring assets are linked to content and meet usage guidelines.
Reporting & Optimisation – track and report on content publishing activities and workflow status, monitor performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
Collaboration & Support – provide support and training to content contributors on CMS processes and best practices, and act as the point of contact for content‑related queries and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Experience working with content management systems, preferably Contentstack or similar.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Familiarity with digital asset management and metadata tagging is a plus.
Understanding of web accessibility, SEO and content governance best practices is desirable.
