RN Home Health Field Nurse Weekends Only/On Call Guaranteed Wage

Immediate Need for On Call Home Health Field RN (Registered Nurse) in the Louisville KY area. Part time shift for Weekends (SAT & SUN) Available. On Call Guaranteed Wage (4 hours per day Sat & Sun). Pay Rate $32-$38/hr depending on experience.

BrightStar Care Louisville is hiring a Registered Nurse to work ONE on ONE Home Health in the field for patients. RN position required experience with lab draws, wound care, infusion, ostomy care, port access, IV stars and more. Requirements:

Current unrestricted RN license in Kentucky
Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required with bedside care or home health preferred.
Experience with lab draws, wound care, infusions, ostomy care, port access, IV starts and more.
Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour. Note: compensation may vary based on skill, experience and location.

Standard shift:

4 hours Sat and 4 hours Sunday (8AM-4PM or 9AM-5PM Guaranteed Wage)

Weekly schedule:

Every Weekend, Sat & Sun

Ability to commute/relocate:

Louisville, KY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

BLS Certification (Preferred)
CPR
RN (Required)

Work Location: In person in home setting
