Summary: We're on the lookout for a talented Backend Developer to join our client's dynamic team and help them scale their high-traffic, minimalist infrastructure! They own a platform that enables individuals and organizations to host and share various types of files and material online. Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a small technical team (three junior to mid-level developers) Take ownership of and optimize the tech stack that serves millions worldwide. Work closely with the product manager, CEO/CTO, and designer to enhance the user experience. Implement and maintain scalable backend solutions that make a difference. Play a key role in continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Required Skills: Ability to work within the UK timezone. Proficient in AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, EC2, CloudFront, and SQS. Experience with Stripe APIs. Comfortable with DevOps practices. 5+ years of backend development experience using ReactJS, NodeJS (Express), DynamoDB This is a fully profitable and bootstrapped company, no need to worry about VC funding rounds!
