About
We are hiring Material Handlers for our busy warehouse in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling, movement, and organization of materials within our facility. Your duties will encompass receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing goods for shipment, playing a vital role in our logistics and supply chain operations. This position requires physical dexterity, keen attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. We are looking for reliable individuals who can contribute to our team's success and ensure the smooth flow of products.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock materials in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals in our logistics hub.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Must use required PPE at all times.
