Exciting opportunity in Raleigh, North Carolina, for a Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team! We are searching for meticulous and efficient individuals who can accurately process customer orders for shipment. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for locating products within the warehouse, retrieving them, and then carefully packing them according to company standards. Your accuracy and speed are critical to our operational success and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is preferred, but not required. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and all team members are required to wear appropriate PPE and follow safety guidelines. This role offers a chance to develop valuable skills in the logistics and supply chain industry. Responsibilities include: Reading order slips or using scanning devices to locate items; Picking correct quantities of products from inventory shelves; Inspecting items for damage before packing; Securely packing items into appropriate boxes or containers; Applying shipping labels and preparing orders for dispatch; Maintaining a clean and organized work station; Assisting with inventory checks and stock rotation. The ability to perform lifting up to 50 pounds and to be on your feet for extended periods is necessary. Your contribution to our logistics efficiency and safety culture is highly valued.
