We are seeking motivated individuals to support our warehouse operations by efficiently managing the movement and organization of materials. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, and preparing materials for distribution. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. You will work closely with other warehouse personnel to ensure the smooth flow of goods and contribute to the overall efficiency of our supply chain. A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. - Receive, sort, and stock incoming materials and products.
- Pick and stage materials for outbound shipments accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment, free from obstructions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned.
- Perform tasks that may involve significant lifting and manual dexterity.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety protocols.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
