About
Our Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility seeks a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to oversee our stockroom operations. This vital role ensures that our inventory is accurate, well-organized, and efficiently managed. You will conduct regular cycle counts, perform stock audits, and investigate any discrepancies to identify root causes. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, ensuring proper rotation of goods, and assisting with the reconciliation of inventory records. You will also work to optimize storage space and maintain a clean, safe environment in accordance with all Safety regulations. The correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times. While the primary focus is on data accuracy and system management, some occasional Lifting of items up to 40 lbs may be necessary when organizing or verifying stock. A methodical approach, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with inventory management software are highly desirable. This position is essential to the overall efficiency of our Logistics department and requires a commitment to precision and continuous improvement.
