About
Our Virginia Beach, Virginia facility is looking for an efficient Order Picker to join our logistics operations. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. This involves using a handheld scanner to identify and retrieve items from warehouse shelves, ensuring the correct quantity and product type. You will be expected to work at a steady pace to meet daily picking targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Attention to detail is crucial to prevent errors and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in organizing picked items, staging them for packing, and assisting with other warehouse duties as needed. Safety is paramount; you must adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This role requires mobility and the ability to perform tasks involving frequent bending, stooping, and reaching. While not constant, there will be periods of moderate Lifting, typically up to 35 lbs.
