We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team in Baltimore, Maryland. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort and store goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Load and unload trucks and other delivery vehicles.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, free from safety hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure the proper use of all required PPE.
- Support various logistics functions as directed by warehouse supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to follow all safety guidelines.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Experience wearing and utilizing appropriate PPE.
