As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, including picking products, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment. Key responsibilities include using RF scanners to locate and pick items, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected, and preparing orders for the shipping department. This role requires standing for extended periods, walking throughout the warehouse, and frequent bending and reaching. You will also be responsible for some lifting of packages, typically up to 30 pounds. A strong commitment to safety is paramount, and you must adhere to all company guidelines and wear the designated PPE at all times.
