Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Load outbound trucks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Perform tasks involving frequent lifting and manual handling of goods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and use PPE.
- Comfortable with manual lifting requirements.
