Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Follow all Safety procedures and protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE such as safety glasses and gloves.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counting.
- Support other warehouse functions as directed, contributing to the overall flow of goods within our Logistics network.
Qualifications:
Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is beneficial. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Must be reliable and punctual. A proactive approach to safety is essential for this role.
