  • Coordinate and implement IT governance and regulatory requirements in the IT Operations department
  • Manage the improvement of the IT operations standards, processes, risks and controls, focusing especially IT service continuity and resilience
  • Steer and manage the improvement of ITSCM concepts, recovery plans and the overall planning/execution of recovery tests
  • Drive IT service and regulatory reporting, orchestrate functional alignment meetings internationally
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in the financial industry
  • Strong experience in IT Service Management, IT Governance and IT Service Continuity Management
  • Very fasmiliar with ITIL and/or Cobit frameworks
  • Strong communication skills in English, German is advantageous
  • Sound knowledge of tools like JIRA, Tableau, and MS Office
  • Good understanding of banking it application landscape
  • Systematic, disciplined and accurate team player
  • Project management experience in IT
  • IT infrastructure engineering method competencies
