As a founding member, youll work closely with our founders and early team members to build the product, the company, and the culture. Were early and run lean, so we expect you to bring an ownership mentality. The following includes (but is not limited to) what youd work on: Owning novel AI systems we haven't seen others apply to this domain Owning and building product, that youll ship directly to our users Working closely with users to understand their problems and drive fixes fast Working closely with our founders and early team members to define the roadmap and strategy Making technical decisions about the models we use and the infrastructure we build Growing the team to find people youd be proud to work with
