We are hiring a skilled Forklift Operator for our Cincinnati, Ohio facility. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations and logistics. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload materials. The ideal candidate possesses a valid certification, a strong safety record, and experience in a high-volume warehouse environment. A commitment to adhering to all Safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE, is essential. - Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers safely and accurately.
- Stack and retrieve products from various levels of racking.
- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of forklift equipment.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock put-away.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure correct and consistent use of designated PPE.
- Support the overall logistics team and workflow.
- Valid Forklift Operator certification and verifiable experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
- Understanding of Safety procedures and best practices for forklift operation.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety and wearing required PPE.
- Good communication skills.
