We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers for our facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this essential role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing a wide range of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Your hard work and attention to detail are crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of products to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Organize and stock received goods in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick products based on order fulfillment lists.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, adhering to Safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Follow all company procedures and policies related to warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting of goods, up to 40 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting .
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety regulations and wear required PPE .
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
