BACKEND DEVELOPER Your Responsibilities as a Sr. Backend Developer: Architect and develop scalable backend systems and microservices using Node.js and TypeScript Build serverless and event-driven applications leveraging AWS (Lambda, SQS/SNS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, S3) Design and integrate backend services for IoT and payment system use cases Write clean, well-documented, and tested code Optimize and maintain existing codebases and proactively resolve bugs Produce robust technical documentation to support long-term scalability Work collaboratively with a cross-functional development team Lead improvements in development processes and backend infrastructure Follow and enforce backend best practices and secure development standards Qualifications as a Sr. Backend Developer: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. At least 5+ years of backend development experience Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript Hands-on experience with AWS and serverless technologies Strong understanding of event-driven systems and distributed architectures Skilled in backend design patterns and best practices Able to document and communicate software architecture clearly Fluent in written and spoken English Ownership mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude Your love for Boomering will jump-start with these meaningful engagement activities and perks.
