About

As Project Manager, you’ll lead the full project lifecycle within an MSP environment, ensuring all governance and delivery frameworks are followed while keeping projects commercially and technically on track. Responsibilities * Managing projects and programmes from planning through to production in a managed services setting * Working closely with Project Engineers to define scope, requirements, and delivery plans * Developing risk mitigation and contingency strategies * Planning and scheduling deliverables, milestones, and resources * Coordinating engineering teams and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth delivery * Managing stakeholder expectations and acting as a key point of contact for clients * Maintaining risk registers, issue logs, decision logs, and meeting minutes * Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed standards * Overseeing full handover to Service Desk, including documentation, diagrams, licensing, and support information * Ensuring projects are invoiced accurately, including ongoing costs * Supporting and improving the Project Framework and delivery processes * Capturing lessons learned and driving continuous improvement Essential: * Proven experience as a Project Manager within an MSP environment * Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, and network projects * Demonstrated project leadership skills in customer-facing roles * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills * Ability to balance commercial, technical, and customer priorities * Calm, confident decision-maker who performs well under pressure * PRINCE2, PMP, or similar project management certification * Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills Reach our for immediate consideration
