We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, unpacking, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be paramount in maintaining the integrity of our inventory and ensuring timely deliveries to our customers. We pride ourselves on a clean and organized warehouse environment, and we expect our team members to uphold these standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Accurately stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
