About
We are hiring an Order Picker for our busy logistics facility located in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibility will be to locate and retrieve specified items from our warehouse shelves, preparing them for packing and shipment. This requires a keen eye for detail to ensure the correct products and quantities are selected, minimizing errors and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be working with order sheets or utilizing handheld scanning technology to navigate the warehouse efficiently. The ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment is crucial. This role involves considerable physical activity, including frequent lifting of items and walking throughout the warehouse. We prioritize the safety of our employees, and you will be required to strictly adhere to all safety protocols and use provided personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. A fundamental understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is beneficial, though not always required as we provide training. You will be a key contributor to our supply chain operations, ensuring smooth and efficient product movement. Responsibilities include: picking orders accurately based on pick lists or scanner data, verifying product codes and quantities, maintaining a clean and organized picking area, reporting any damaged or missing items, assisting with inventory counts, and following all company safety guidelines.
