About
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our operations in Sacramento, California. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse tasks that are essential to our logistics operations. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and unloading incoming shipments, stocking merchandise, picking and packing orders, and preparing outgoing shipments. You'll work closely with a team to ensure the smooth flow of goods throughout the warehouse. This position demands physical capability, as you will be required to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. A strong commitment to safety is crucial; you will be expected to adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety vests and gloves. Understanding warehouse layouts and being able to navigate efficiently is important. You may also be responsible for operating hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. We value individuals who are proactive, possess good communication skills, and are eager to contribute to a productive team. This role is a cornerstone of our supply chain, ensuring that products are handled with care and efficiency from arrival to departure. Responsibilities include: accurately receiving and verifying incoming shipments, organizing and stocking inventory in designated locations, fulfilling customer orders by picking and packing items, preparing shipments for delivery, maintaining a clean and organized work area, assisting with inventory cycle counts, and adhering to all safety guidelines. Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Your contribution is key to our logistics success.
