We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Receiving Clerk will be responsible for accurately processing incoming shipments, ensuring all goods are accounted for, inspected for damage, and properly staged for put-away or distribution. This role is crucial to maintaining the integrity of our inventory and the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will work closely with our logistics and inventory teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely processing of all inbound materials. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to safety are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues immediately.
- Accurately document all received items in the warehouse management system (WMS).
