We are seeking motivated Picker/Packers to join our energetic team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in our logistics process by accurately selecting items for customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Your responsibilities will include using a handheld scanner to locate products in the warehouse, picking items according to order specifications, and carefully packing them for safe transit. Attention to detail and speed are key in this role to ensure order accuracy and efficient turnaround times. You will work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a productive workflow and a clean, organized work area. This position requires standing for extended periods, walking, and occasional lifting of items up to 30 lbs. We are committed to your safety and will provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and thorough training on our processes and safety protocols.
