Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! This is a hands-on role where you'll be integral to the daily operations of our warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring quality presentation.
- Sort and place materials or products on racks, shelves, or in bins according to order.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, including the use of PPE and following proper lifting guidelines.
- Keep warehouse clean and organized, ensuring a safe logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to following all safety regulations and using required PPE.
