About
We are hiring a motivated Picker/Packer for our facility in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, requiring accuracy, speed, and a commitment to quality. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately picking products from warehouse locations based on customer orders and then expertly packing these items for safe shipment. You will utilize handheld scanners and order pick lists to identify and retrieve items, ensuring that the correct products and quantities are selected. Following the picking process, you will move items to the packing station, where you will select appropriate packaging materials and methods to ensure items arrive at their destination undamaged. Attention to detail is crucial to minimize errors and maximize customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines, and utilizing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves significant physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout your shift. The ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 40 lbs is a requirement.
