Job Summary:
Join our vibrant team as a Fulfillment Associate in Colorado Springs, Colorado! This role is essential to our E-commerce operations, focusing on accurately and efficiently processing customer orders. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, ensuring that each order is handled with care and precision. A keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
  • Pack orders carefully, ensuring items are protected during transit and that correct shipping labels are applied.
  • Prepare packages for shipment, including weighing and staging them for carrier pickup.
  • Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, such as scanners and pallet jacks, as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times, especially when handling materials or operating machinery.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse Logistics process.
  • Follow all company procedures and instructions for order fulfillment.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus.
  • Ability to read and understand order pick lists and shipping instructions.
  • Must be able to perform moderate Lifting, up to 30 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Team player mentality with a positive attitude.
