We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our busy facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. Responsibilities include picking, packing, and shipping orders, as well as receiving and stocking incoming inventory. You will operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move goods. A key focus will be on ensuring the accuracy of inventory levels and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace. We are seeking candidates with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus. Adherence to all company policies, especially those concerning safety and the use of PPE, is required. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 40 pounds.
