We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that our clients receive the correct products in a timely manner. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various equipment and adhering to strict safety protocols. Your primary responsibility will involve navigating the warehouse, identifying products based on order tickets, and carefully picking items to prepare them for packing and shipping. Key duties include: reading pick lists accurately, locating products using warehouse management systems (WMS), operating manual pallet jacks, and ensuring the quality of picked items. Adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory to prevent accidents and ensure a secure workplace.
