Job Description The QA Tester is responsible for working closely with developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to conduct manual and automated tests. You are expected to plan and perform tests independently, using tools such as Cucumber for behavior-driven development (BDD) and leveraging your attention to detail and structured thinking.
This is a hybrid position - working 3 days a week from our Winnersh office.
Responsibilities
Collaborate during requirement specifications to ensure testability and clarity
Design and execute manual and automated test cases based on acceptance criteria
Perform and document regression, integration, system, usability, and performance testing
Use tools such as Cucumber, JIRA, GitHub, and participate in CI/CD pipelines
Analyze, reproduce, and report bugs in a clear and structured way using tools like JIRA, Confluence
Prioritize test efforts based on bug severity and business impact
Validate fixes for customer-reported or internally discovered issues within agreed timelines
Ensure test coverage for new functionalities while safeguarding existing capabilities
Maintain close collaboration with developers to clarify functionality and test outcomes
Contribute to and draw knowledge from the internal QA community (QA Craft, etc.)
Coach team members on product functionality, testing tools, and QA best practices
Look to increase both technical ability and domain knowledge through active participation in the project development life cycle
Maintain relevant documentation to describe logic, configuration, testing, and changes where applicable
Requirements
Fluent in Polish
Knowledge of Polish legislation
Experience with X3 framework
Understanding of ERP Processes (e.g., Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing)
A curious and critical approach to analysing and validating software
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
Passion for growing and applying skills in service to customers
Demonstrate the ability to put into practice knowledge and learning
Be an active and enthusiastic team player
Be willing to adapt to significant changes in either technology or environment
Experience in Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban…)
Experience working in an organisation with teams distributed globally
Excellent level of English
Preferred
1-3 years professional or other practical experience
