In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to research operations, gather and document requirements, and deliver innovative data and analytics solutions that support our strategic goals. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, Solution Architects, and IT partners to ensure projects are aligned with business needs and delivered efficiently from concept to deployment. We’re looking for candidates with excellent business analysis experience in a global environment, strong process mapping and data management skills, and expertise in tools like MS Excel and Qliksense.

In this role, you will be:
Conducting workshops, interviews, and shadowing to gather business requirements, then documenting these in business requirements catalogues.
Researching operations and business processes to provide valuable recommendations supported by informative analysis.
Working closely with technical teams to support technical analysis and ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions.
Translating business requirements into solution designs, leading implementation activities such as training, business readiness, and adoption to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Building and maintaining relationships across different markets and business groups to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Overseeing projects from the collation of user requirements through to deployment, ensuring the delivery of business value for customers.
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills: Technical:
Strong ability to analyse and map business processes, especially within large and complex global deliveries.
Exceptional knowledge of data management and experience delivering data products and services within financial institutions.
Proficiency in MS Excel, including use of standard formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF statements), pivot tables, and charts
Experience building and enhancing dashboards in Qliksense to produce effective management information (MI) for business decisions
Proven experience applying Agile methodologies across project and product development lifecycles (Agile certification is advantageous).
Behavioural Skills:
Strong experience in managing relationships with stakeholders and senior management, specialising in impactful communication.
Ability to analyse issues, identify solutions, and take decisive action.
A meticulous approach to tasks and data, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
This role is based in Birmingham on a hybrid basis.
