About

The *Child Development Center of Colorado Springs, Inc. (CDC)* is seeking a *Full-Time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to join our established, multidisciplinary clinic. You’ll work alongside a supportive team of *SLPs, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists* in a collaborative environment that values *mentorship, teamwork, and clinical excellence.*
We welcome both experienced pediatric SLPs and *Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates*. For over *30 years*, CDC has been dedicated to helping children and families reach their full potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. *Key Responsibilities*
* Evaluate and treat pediatric speech, language, feeding, and communication disorders
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of *SLPs, OTs, and PTs*
* Educate and communicate with parents and caregivers
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Participate in team meetings and collaborative care planning
*Required & Preferred Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Colorado SLP license or eligibility for licensure
* ASHA CCC-SLP (preferred)
* Pediatric clinical experience (preferred)
* Feeding experience (preferred)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
