Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate in San Jose, California! This role is pivotal to the smooth operation of our logistics network, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently and accurately from receipt to shipment. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in a variety of essential warehouse functions, including receiving and inspecting incoming products, organizing and stocking inventory, picking and preparing customer orders, and loading outgoing shipments. You will work with precision and speed, utilizing our warehouse management system and material handling equipment. We require individuals who are physically capable of performing tasks that involve significant lifting, often exceeding 50 pounds. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; adherence to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is mandatory. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring order fulfillment integrity. This position is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a vital part of the supply chain and grow within a leading logistics organization. Responsibilities include: accurately receiving and verifying inbound freight, efficiently putting away stock into designated warehouse locations, accurately picking items for customer orders, securely packing and staging orders for shipment, loading and unloading trucks, conducting regular inventory checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
