We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a wide range of tasks critical to the efficient operation of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Stock shelves and designated storage areas with incoming goods.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safety.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily operational goals within the logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Understanding of warehouse safety guidelines and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Basic math and computer skills.
