Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a wide range of tasks critical to the efficient operation of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will contribute directly to our supply chain, ensuring timely and correct fulfillment of customer orders. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
  • Stock shelves and designated storage areas with incoming goods.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing outgoing shipments for delivery.
  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safety.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily operational goals within the logistics framework.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety guidelines and the importance of PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
