Our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania facility is looking for a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist. This crucial role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our inventory data, which is vital for our overall logistics efficiency. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to maintain optimal inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in inventory management software. You will collaborate closely with warehouse operations, procurement, and shipping departments to resolve stock issues and prevent stockouts or overstocking. Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment is a key responsibility, including proper storage and labeling of materials. You must be comfortable with lifting and moving inventory items as needed and will be provided with the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
