You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing materials for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming goods from trucks and containers.
- Inspect products for damage or discrepancies upon arrival.
- Store materials in appropriate warehouse locations using proper techniques.
- Pick items from inventory accurately based on order requests.
- Pack and prepare finished goods for shipment, ensuring secure packaging.
- Operate basic material handling equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse workspace.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is advantageous.
- Ability to handle significant physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Good manual dexterity and coordination.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics and inventory management.
- A strong commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions precisely.
- Must be able to wear and properly use required PPE, including safety footwear and vests.
- Reliable attendance and a proactive attitude towards tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
