Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. This position is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of inventory within our distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving goods, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. You will utilize technology such as RF scanners to manage inventory accurately and efficiently. A key focus of this role is maintaining a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all company policies and safety regulations. Comprehensive training will be provided on safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, as it involves frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and significant lifting throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is a team player, possesses a strong work ethic, and is committed to accuracy and operational excellence. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (with training).
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
  • Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines, including correct PPE usage.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
  • Contribute to overall team success and operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs consistently.
  • Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to guidelines.
