We are looking for energetic Picker/Packers to join our facility in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and carefully packing them for shipment. Efficiency and accuracy are paramount to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth logistics operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing technology to locate products and prepare them for dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure order accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear necessary PPE .
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Assist with other tasks within the warehouse as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is desirable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capacity for moderate physical activity, including lifting items up to 30 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
