Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using order sheets or RF scanners.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring proper protection of items during transit.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using handheld scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to perform various tasks as needed to support operations.
- Must wear required PPE.
