Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in San Jose, California! Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
  • Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using order sheets or RF scanners.
  • Pack orders with care, ensuring proper protection of items during transit.
  • Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and staging.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using handheld scanners and other warehouse technology.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to perform various tasks as needed to support operations.
  • Must wear required PPE.
