As a Desktop Engineer, you will be the go-to point of contact for technical issues, responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software problems, maintaining devices, and ensuring smooth daily operations for users. Responsibilities * Deliver face-to-face and remote desktop support to internal users. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues. * Build, configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. * Support Office 365, Windows 10/11, and common business applications. * Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. * Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and procedures. * Provide excellent customer service with a user-first mindset. Experience * Previous experience in a desktop support or IT technician role. * Strong understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking. * Experience with Active Directory and hardware troubleshooting. * Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM tools. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude.
