We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional patient care and therapeutic services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to deliver tailored massage treatments that promote pain relief, relaxation, and overall wellness. *Duties*
* Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address patient needs
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
* Provide pain management solutions through customized massage therapy sessions
* Educate patients on physiologic responses and occupational health practices related to their treatments
* Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
* Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and recovery
* Uphold the highest standards of patient service and confidentiality at all times
*Qualifications*
* Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist
* Proven experience in medical spa settings or occupational health environments preferred
* Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
* Skilled in various massage modalities including deep tissue and trigger point therapy
* Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
* Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans
* Familiarity with pain management techniques and therapeutic interventions
* Prior experience with med spa procedures is a plus
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining licensure requirements
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
