About

Overview Design smarter solutions for the frontline workforce.
Connect by Cocentric is growing rapidly. Our platform connects the dots between HR systems and digital workplace tools, providing frontline employees with seamless access to what they need and removing the need for email accounts or manual workarounds.
We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team and lead the technical design of new client implementations. You’ll work across product, engineering, consulting, and client teams to design scalable, secure, and elegant solutions that meet business goals. It’s a hands‑on, collaborative role where your technical expertise and consultative mindset will help deliver measurable impact at scale.
Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end solution design and technical deployment for new Connect implementations.
Work directly with clients to understand business needs, technical environments, and integration requirements.
Define architecture, data flows, authentication methods, and system configurations.
Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and digital consultants to deliver solutions that are technically sound and practically deliverable.
Create solution documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications to guide delivery.
Support pre‑sales conversations with technical expertise and design input.
Champion best practices in integration, identity, and data architecture.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of solution design processes.
Qualifications
Strong technical experience designing solutions across B2B SaaS platforms.
Proven ability to lead solution design across identity, API integrations, and data provisioning.
Working knowledge of platforms like Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS systems.
Strong communicator who can translate complex concepts into clear technical plans.
Experience working in cross‑functional teams including engineers, consultants, and commercial stakeholders.
A pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset – able to balance ideal solutions with client and timeline realities.
Experience with IAM, SSO, or system integration is a plus.
Benefits
Play a key role in shaping how organisations roll out Connect to their global frontline teams.
Hybrid working model with a base in our London office and flexibility to work from home.
29 days annual leave, including a day off for your birthday, plus bank holidays.
Generous private medical care and additional perks with Vitality.
Enhanced maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave.
Location & Compensation London, United Kingdom – Hybrid (office and home).
Up to £115,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits.
Equal Opportunity Statement We are an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status or any protected characteristic.
