Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Family Medicine

Opportunity for experienced or highly motivated new graduate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Rome.

Must be licensed as an NP or PA in the State of GA or license eligible.

Scope of practice in this office-based position will include:
* Patient population primarily age 12 years to senior adults
* Follow-up routine medical visits & disease management; call-in/work-in acute illness visits; annual well checks; hospital follow-ups; option to pursue women's health visits
* Will have own patient panel for long term follow-up and care

Schedule is FT, Monday through Friday, 8 to 5
