Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from warehouse locations based on pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order requirements to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment and prepare them for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking and packing station.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet productivity and quality goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners and printers.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the fulfillment and logistics process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand and move for the duration of the shift.
- Capacity for repetitive lifting of items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics and order fulfillment procedures.
- Punctual and reliable.
