As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, from receiving goods to shipping finished products. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure orders are correct and free from damage.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety standards.
- Utilize scanning equipment to track inventory movements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all guidelines for the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of packages.
- Support overall logistics operations through efficient order processing.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate Lifting. Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE. A strong understanding of logistics principles is beneficial.
