Join our growing team as a Warehouse Worker in Virginia Beach, Virginia! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. This role involves a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth flow of goods within our Logistics hub. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Attention to detail is critical to ensure accuracy in all processes. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve significant Lifting. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is a top priority. You will work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals. Training will be provided on all equipment and procedures. We emphasize Safety in all aspects of our operations, and adherence to all guidelines is mandatory. Your contribution is vital to our success. Responsibilities include: assisting with loading and unloading trucks, moving inventory, organizing stock, fulfilling orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and possess good communication skills. Experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial but not strictly required. We are committed to providing a safe and productive workplace. All employees are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the Logistics industry.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform manual labor and handle Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Familiarity with using basic hand tools is a plus.
