Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Monitor stock levels and report on inventory turnover.
- Coordinate with receiving and shipping departments to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to Safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Support overall logistics efficiency through accurate inventory management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory control or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including occasional Lifting of up to 30 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Knowledge of logistics principles and supply chain management.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safe work environment and wearing required PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
