Our rapidly growing logistics center in Minneapolis, Minnesota is seeking an efficient and accurate Order Picker to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Utilizing RF scanning technology and following pick lists precisely are key components of this position. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, energetic, and possesses the physical stamina to perform the duties required in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your accuracy and speed directly impact our customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. We offer a competitive hourly wage and a supportive team atmosphere. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order sheets and RF scanner instructions.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Operate pallet jacks or other equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet or exceed established picking productivity targets.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall logistics flow.
- This position involves moderate Lifting of items, up to 40 lbs.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and instructions accurately.
- Experience with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
- Good stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Must adhere to all Safety protocols.
