We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our St. Louis, Missouri team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, playing a key role in our logistics operations and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities include operating material handling equipment, performing inventory counts, and ensuring the careful handling of all products. Strong attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accuracy in all tasks. You will receive comprehensive training on our operational procedures and safety standards. Effective teamwork and communication with supervisors and colleagues are essential for meeting daily operational targets. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies diligently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Report any damaged goods or safety hazards promptly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment. Strong work ethic and reliability. Commitment to safety and willingness to wear required PPE. Basic math and reading skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
