In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders and then carefully packaging them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory locations using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure correct product selection.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and assist with general warehouse upkeep.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team productivity goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Capacity for moderate Lifting, up to 45 lbs, on a regular basis.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
