Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Load and unload trailers with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick and stage orders for shipment, ensuring correct product and quantities.
- Conduct daily inspections of forklift equipment and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, prioritizing safety.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator with valid certification.
- Proficiency in operating sit-down, stand-up, and electric forklifts.
- Ability to perform substantial Lifting, up to 60 lbs, as required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
- Understanding of logistics and inventory control principles.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
